General comments
Penicilline iv. kan ook per continue infuus worden gegeven, geef dan een bolus van 2 miljoen EH
Therapie in beginsel intraveneus en gedurende zes weken. Eventueel na 1-2 weken in overleg met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog over op oraal indien er een middel beschikbaar is met voldoende weefsel penetratie.
