General comments
Benzylpenicilline iv. kan ook continue gegeven worden, geef dan een eenmalige bolus van 2 miljoen EH.
therapie in beginsel intraveneus en gedurende zes weken. Eventueel na 1-2 weken in overleg met arts-microbioloog/internist-infectioloog over op oraal indien er een middel beschikbaar is met voldoende weefsel penetratie.
