General comments
flucloxacilline iv 1000mg 6dd of flucloxacilline iv oplaaddosis 1000 mg, 6000 mg continue per 24 uur
Therapie in beginsel intraveneus en gedurende zes weken. Eventueel na 1-2 weken in overleg met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog over op oraal indien er een middel beschikbaar is met voldoende weefsel penetratie.
