General comments
Behandeling alleen bij systemische verschijnselen en/of immuungecompromitteerd.
Indien intraveneus behandeld dient te worden kan gekozen worden voor ceftriaxon 1 dd 2 gram.
Gecompliceerde infecties dienen twee weken behandeld te worden. Bij gebleken gevoeligheid kan worden gekozen voor ciprofloxacine po of ceftriaxon iv, met een minimale behandelduur van 2 weken.
